Animation review
I like how Mariana made a very simple video that is easy to understand and that at the end you can tell what the concept is. The message that is being portrayed is to put colour into your life, which is a great message to portray. In other videos, there was an issue on how much the camera moved. Although in Mariana's movie the camera stayed still. One thing which I think added that extra touch was the music applied to the video, it a great song at it goes really well with the message. great job!
I like the fact that Hans kept this video simple. It could have been a bit more simple, but it cant be as simple as Mariana's video. I managed to understand the beginning of the video, but in the future I would prefer it if the text could be highlighted so that you don't miss it. Another issue which could have been fixed while filming was the movement of the camera during the entire movie. Overall I like the movie, there are some issues that could be fixed. Good Job.
I like how Jonja video is set-up. Jonja lets the video explain itself, which I think is a really nice featuire. It is a different set-up for this type of project. I am not sure on the type of music that is selected for this video, I think that something else (less serious) would be better. I would try to keep the filming a little bit more precise. Overall there are some issues that could be improved. but good job!
I like the plot of Thomas' story. It has a simple message which is appropriate for the length of the movie, I like that it is not too detailed because then it would be too much in a small space of time. I have an issue with the movement of the camera in the movie. The camera moves very often and is distracting when you try to read the text. Also the proportion of the penguins to the icebergs could be improved. But overall great effort and good job!
I am not really sure on the story of the whole video. There is a general idea about how the story is played, although the story is very brief and I advise him to add a great amount of detail in the aspect of giving the story more "bulk". Also the detail in which the filming is done is poor, the camera is always moving and the movement of the objects is very large which means that there is very few frames.
Stop frame animations
The video Out in a forest has Won many awards. The video has a constant story line and has a high attention to detail in a story line sense and in a materials sense. The video and the way that the video was filmed is almost flaw-less and has great light.
Wallace and Gromit is a world renounced show for children. This small clip is an example of how much detail that goes into these stop motion animations. The story of the video is to test and advertise a product. In this case the product is the car. The producers did a really good job in the detail of the filming. In this video, the trick is to have an objective at the end.
